Welcome to Core

By using our Services, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Our Services are very diverse, so sometimes additional terms or product requirements may apply. Additional terms will be available with the relevant Services, and those additional terms become part of your agreement with us if you use those Services.

Using our Services

Using our the Core Funeral Business Software does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights to our Software or the content you access. These terms do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used in our Software.

In connection with your use of the Core Funeral Software, we may send you service announcements, administrative messages, Updates and other information. You may opt out of some of those communications via a whatsapp message to our team.

Security Responsibilities

The data in Core Funeral Business Software can only be accessed via a secure username and password.

It is the your responsibility to ensure the security of all passwords and access to the Core Funeral Business Software at your premises and on any mobile devices used as access points.

Boitumelo Corporate IT may cancel your access or refuse continuation of subscription at their own discretion without notice should the client in any way manner or form place the security or integrity of the design of our software or the security and integrity of our data at risk ie. by intentionally or unintentionally allowing 3rd party users or non-client employees or other IT or Software development companies to interrogate or investigate our Software or observe the workings of our software visually or by any other means in our absence.

This cancellation will not result in any refund or financial reimbursement to the client should the client breach any of the terms of use. The client will clearly list any amounts or costs whatsoever owed to them by Boitumelo IT on the notice of cancellation.

Terms of Use

It is assumed you have read, understand and agree to these terms.

1.This agreement is between Your Company and Boitumelo Corporate IT. Your company will be referred to as the client in this document.
2.The client will pay for 1 calendar month in advance for using this software. This purchase is not refundable and depletes automatically on the end of each month and does not extend past the end of the month with a grace period of up to 7 days at our discretion.
3. Boitumelo Corporate IT will supply the client with the CORE Funeral Business Software that is purely developed and owned by Boitumelo Corporate IT within 48 hours of receipt of proof of payment via web access credentials.
4a. A non-refundable admin fee is payable before full access to the Core Funeral Business Software.
4b. Should the client choose to purchase the software, a 15% payment will be required upon presentation of invoice, this fee is non refundable and will be used to purchase all the necessary licenses and related software to load on the client's server on the client's premises, remotely or in person not more than 2 days from date of 15% payment receipt.
4c. Should the client not pay the remainder of the purchase amount as stipulated on the invoice within the stipulated time frame, Boitumelo Corporate IT Services may choose to cancel the agreement via email and the client will still be liable for the initial 15% initiation fee.
5. This purchase agreement(not pre-paid) is binding once the client has assessed the software and requested the invoice for the full amount and then paid the 15% or other stated amount on the invoice and continues login onto the software after 15% invoice payment.
6a. Processing of monthly usage payments takes 1 working day and your License will be re-activated up to 1 working day after receiving your proof of payment.
6b. Should the client provide us with a 30 day written notice to cancel usage of CORE, Boitumelo Corporate IT reserves the right to cancel the client's account and delete any data and transactions from our servers within 30 days from last usage by the client so as not to incur costs on this data or transactions on our servers.
6c.The client will have to send us a 30 day written notice to effect cancellation of the monthly usage of our system and the monthly usage fee. The monthly fee due from the client will be expected until the client provides cancellation notice via email/whatsapp or written notice.
6d Boitumelo Corporate IT reserves the right to terminate this agreement with a 15 or 30 day notice period.
7.Boitumelo Corporate IT will offer training and upgrades and should the client need changes or additions to the software, Boitumelo Corporate IT will make the changes or adjustments as required at their own discretion after cost agreement with the client.
8. An increase of up to 15% may be applied after the 12 months of Core Funeral Business Software Usage and will be communicated with clients within 3 months of such increases.
9.If all monthly fees are paid up to date then Boitumelo Corporate IT will attend to all queries and problems within 4 hours and resolve such issues within 3 working days.
10. If you are not paying the monthly subscription fee but there is any collected easypay or debit fee, we will levy a R28 fee per transaction we collect on your behalf.

11. Other Related costs

a. You can purchase sms credits at R0.45c per sms at a minimum of 300 sms per purchase. You may receive 10 or 150 or 500 free sms monthly dedepding on your package.

b. If you choose to use our easypay Service you will be charged R12.50 per easypay payment and R10 per premium subsequently if the payment from the customer is for more than 1 monthly premium.

c. We will disburse the collected easypay monies minus the related fees to your nominated bank account every Tuesday or on weekly day nominated by you.

d. Should you the client abscond from paying for the monthly services of our system and your data ends up removed from our server and you fail to inform your policy payers to STOP using our designated easypay numbers, then we will levy a collection fee of R28 for each easypay payment collection that we will foward to you while your customers continue to use our designated easypay numbers.
